Disclosure Coverage Summary

Insurance disclosures

ithinkfi deposits are federally insured by the NCUA through the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund up to $250,000 per member.

The National Credit Union Administration is an independent federal agency, and the Share Insurance Fund is backed by the full faith and credit of the United States government. The standard maximum share insurance amount is $250,000 per member, per ownership category.

Members may qualify for more than $250,000 of coverage by holding accounts in different ownership categories, such as individual accounts, joint accounts, and certain retirement accounts. Independent details and the official insurance estimator are published by www.ncua.gov.

Rate and APY terms

Savings and money market APYs are variable and may change after account opening, while CD APYs are fixed for the full term.

Annual percentage yield assumes interest remains on deposit for a full year, and ithinkfi compounds interest daily and credits it monthly on savings and money market accounts. Variable APYs can move up or down after the quarterly rate review, and changes are published on the interest rates page and in online banking before they take effect.

Loan disclosures use APR rather than APY. Fixed loan APRs are locked at approval and never change, while prequalified rates shown by the rate calculator are estimates until a full application is reviewed.

Fee schedule disclosures

The complete ithinkfi fee schedule is published in online banking and in the pricing overview, and members receive notice before any new fee takes effect.

Regular savings and checking accounts carry no monthly fee. Other service fees, such as overdraft, wire, and stop payment fees, are listed in the current fee schedule, which is updated whenever terms change and at least once per year.

Before opening our business accounts I read every ithinkfi disclosure, and the plain-language format made the fee and rate terms easy to compare.

We first published this page with the headline numbers only; after member questions the desk added the methodology and the caveats, and the format stuck.

This guide does NOT cover trusts, institutional funds and non-resident files, which run through separate desks.

The published review confirms the headline figures on this page held for four consecutive quarters.
