Founded in 2012, ithinkfi has grown its presence across Florida and the Southeast with branches built around walk-in banking and member appointments. The locator shows each branch on a map with driving directions, current hours, and the services offered at that location.

Branch Services

ithinkfi branches offer everyday banking on a walk-in basis, with appointments recommended for loans and required for notary services.

Every branch handles deposits, withdrawals, and account opening. Specialized services vary by location, so check the branch listing or call ahead when you need a notary, wire transfer, or safe deposit box.

Planning a Visit

Schedule an appointment through the ithinkfi app or by calling 800-873-5100 to skip the line for account and loan services.

Appointments are available during regular branch hours and can be booked up to 30 days in advance. Loan appointments run about 45 minutes, while account openings typically take under 30 minutes.

Bring a government-issued ID, proof of address, and your Social Security number when opening an account. Your ithinkfi membership share starts with an opening deposit of $5, and deposits are insured by the NCUA up to $250,000.

Holiday Hours

ithinkfi branches close on federal holidays, including New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

The full holiday calendar follows the federal schedule: Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. When a holiday falls on a Sunday, branches close the following Monday.

Digital banking never closes. Mobile deposit, transfers, and bill pay continue through every holiday, and deposits made on holidays post on the next business day.

Alternatives to Branch Visits

Most everyday banking tasks can be completed without a branch visit through the ithinkfi mobile app, online banking, phone support, and ATMs.

The mobile app covers check deposits, card freezes, and account alerts, while online banking handles transfers and bill pay from any browser. Phone support at 800-873-5100 covers everything else, from card issues to account questions.

If you only need to make a deposit or withdrawal, an ATM avoids the trip entirely. Use these channels for routine work and reserve branch visits for loans, notary services, and account changes, and you will rarely wait in line.
