Where to look for your ithinkfi routing number

What to do if your routing number isn't showing

If the routing number is not visible in your account details, check your eStatement or contact the customer service team.

A missing routing number is often caused by an outdated app or a cached login session. Clear the app's cache, update to the latest version, and sign in again. In some cases, the code may appear only after you verify your identity via a text message.

This method does NOT apply to wire transfers; for incoming wires, use the dedicated wire routing number instead.
